@AnupamPKher But what we got to experience left us all so unhappy. The social media was filled with peoples unhappiness but went in deaf ears as he continued to do this. Glad the Uttrakhand minister stood up for the people. Guess some rude shocks are necessary.
@AnupamPKher Really like how you are trying to stand in support of the artist Daler Mehndi. But I’ve been to his concert last year at NMACC and the situation was the same, he barely sang one whole song. We are all his fans and truly love his work and hence paid the money to go see him perform
@suas103@mumbaiheritage@mybmc@CMOMaharashtra It’s not their job to clean absolutely all mess we create. There are some duties as citizens on our part too. We can’t keep piling on mess and leave it on them. Yes there are supposed to clean but we are playing with nature. Pitras definitely didn’t ask for this.
@shetty_athreya Has to be when it used to be dry on the other side of the city, it would be pelting down in Mulund! Also wettest possibly because it’s still the greenest (won’t be anymore as rampant construction continues)
@freemanrodrigue@rushikesh_agre_ Not denying that. I’m specifically speaking on water resource planning only. Other development is great but what if the most necessary resource like water is scare every other development is futile.
@rushikesh_agre_ Such a sorry state of affairs. @CMOMaharashtra@mybmc We really have some strong Hope for things to be changed for Mumbai too as the rampant redeveloped and new high rises coming the existing water resources are not going to suffice. Please act on it now.
@rushikesh_agre_ Shameless leadership. When they can help solve the situation will continue to sit on those situations and just come make a statement. Why can’t the government do something about surplus water that leaves reservoirs when they over flow.
@rushikesh_agre_ Why not make more reservoirs for rain water to accumulate. Why not make water corridors from rain surplus regions to the draught prone ones.
@shetty_athreya These situations make us citizens question the need to link reservoirs. Reservoirs in Mumbai overflow, so do the ones in other places why can’t they be connected so that the surplus (overflowing) water is supplied to others reservoirs with deficit rains.
