Discovery stays social. AI shouldn’t replace taste - it should organize/remember it + help you use it (not dump a generic itinerary you have to filter).

@buyucoin why are you not letting me withdraw my funds from my wallet to my bank account. My 1L+ withdrawal request is pending for more than a month but there is no concrete response on support ticket

Having the worst experience of my life with @atlys processing the schenzen visa. Twice have they filled my forms with wrong details, wasted my time and money, got my VFS application rejected. And there is no way to reach customer care.
I have no words for how pathetic @atlys service is, after botching my shenzen visa they are harrasing me by not refunding the visa amount, which I am entitled to under their visa guarantee. After repeated mails in rejection letter details, they have simply stopped responding
NSWS blames this on NSDL, saying they can not tell me when I can expect the problem to be solved, and the “solved mails” were sent to me because the problem was solved for some people.. just not me - “unlucky” and that the core issues lie with NSDL.
So I called NSDL… they don’t know what NSWS is… also they did not have a tech team I could talk to.. until I asked for them the 5th time.

@_lohomi_@atlys Also like I'd understand if there were errors in the process, its a new(ish) company, but 4 years since inception you don't provide an option of chatting with a customer support person is just pure evil. Its not like I'm going Papua New Guinea, its shenzen ffs

@atlys@mohaknahta Like, what is even the platform providing if everything is filled wrong. How do you do iceland to Portugal, is someone manually submitting these? So Where's the fucking tech

@atlys@mohaknahta Geniuses have built platform where I have to manually edit my cover letters, application forms (which does not edit well) after giving all the information earlier. Applied for iceland, application form says Portugal and now I have to use online pdf editor
