WOULD YOU HELP 20,000 STUDENTS PASS JAMB?
This year, 1,534,634 out of 1.9 million students failed.
Last year? 1,402,484 out of 1.8 million students failed.
The year before that? 1,163,415 out of 1.5 million failed.
This means in every test centre across Nigeria, where students will sit for the UTME in 2026 to determine their future, sadly, 7 out of every 10 of them will fail again.
Hmm...
This is a very disturbing statistic. It sickens me to my stomach.
Why are so many students failing??! Why are there conversations about reducing the cut-off admission score to 140 out of 400??! What is the hope of Nigeria if this menace of academic mediocrity is allowed to continue?
What can we do to reverse this trend?
We at Tuteria decided we had to do something about it. We set out to test the hypothesis that, with AI-powered focus areas built over 20+ years of JAMB pass questions, rigorous weekly exam-simulated mocks, daily live classes taught by A-list teachers, personalised feedback, and scholarship incentives to inspire competitiveness, we could help students achieve their highest score.
The results? Impressive.
88% of the pilot students passed. Many students' scores improved from 150s to 280+ within 2 months. The top student scored 341, where previously, he had scored 249. 2nd highest, 338. Third, 317.
For UTME 2026, we want to expand our reach to 20,000 students (~1% of candidates). From January - March/April 2026, each student will:
- attend 120+ daily live classes in their 4 UTME subjects
- partake in over 48 exam-simulated mock exams
- learn from Nigeria's top 1% of exceptional teachers
- practice over 3,500 exam-style questions
- compete to win weekly prizes, laptops and up to N10M in scholarships
Our goal is to help 80% of them score above 280 and turn this trend of mass failure into a beautiful story of success for many candidates.
However, we can't do this alone. If you resonate with our vision and like to contribute towards a better future for Nigerian students, you can consider sponsoring 1 student.
Or 10 students. Or 50 students. Or 100 students. Or 1,000 students.
We have the power to change these statistics. Together, let's break down the barriers keeping these brilliant minds out of the university.

@Adenuga23@thetundeajayi @AntoSogu Bros lived experiences indicate a lot of general surgeons don't give attention to aesthetics. Obstetricians especially private ones take care as you can imagine. Their patients are female and factor that into how they are rated.
@thetundeajayi @AntoSogu Yes o, as far back as 2016. A lot of the ones I worked with closed clean. Even in a rush, I was impressed with them o. Who are you guys🤣
@thetundeajayi @AntoSogu That's a pfannenstiel incision bro. It's a gynaecology favourite. They actually do a decent job of closing. Let me leave the general surgeons with their love of the mattress.
