SBI Card customer support is the worst. They will just ring you for 1-2 times do not wait for you to pickup and close the ticket without resolution saying unable to reach. Their bill is not calculated properly. No clarity. Just pathetic
@JioCare you Fibre department is the messiest and most unprofessional. The customer support seems like they are doing us a favor by talk to us. There is not accountability, false advertising is at peak by sales agents. Billing is too confusing. #jiofiber#jiofiberscam

@HDFCBank_Cares@HDFC_Bank Hey its been over 10 days still haven't received my physical card. May I know what the hold up? Also my Swiggy Card was approved on 12th Oct for FYF but now on your website it is offered as LTF. Iq was not made aware of the offer during application.
