Hi @UIDAIGuwahati due to some reasons whenever I go to make Aadhar Card, it gets rejected due to NRC biometric lock. I have received offers from companies and I could not accept their offers because of not having aadhar

@amazonIN is running some fraudsters business with @HPSupport because all i get to hear that its a problem of physical damage. Sunno bhai pata hai, blame game chalega but atleast take accountability that your manufacturing partners are working or not. Just tell the truth.

I just have one question what is the point of contacting @HPSupport when they are unable to give me a bill, also telling me that from now I shall contact the service centre. This is really pathetic after making a online purchase @amazonIN because I really don't know what to say.

I had a problem with the display of my laptop so I contacted @HPSupport as it was on warranty , they said it cannot be covered into warranty as it was a impact display problem. I said yes to their quotation ,now they are transferring my calls as they aren't responsible anymore.

As I bought my laptop from @amazonIN , ain't I be answered that why should I pay the service charges too ?
@HPSupport forwaded me their policy . I appreciate that, but no response and accountability after that isn't appreciated. Also the service centre isnt answering calls.
