@flipkartsupport In the chat option, you do not provide a 'talk to our customer care' type option. Your options are circumlocutive. Its a harrasment to the customers.

Ordered a ₹24,043 product from Amazon (seller:DriftingWood, order ID 404-3135877-7326754). After showing “shipped,” they gave a fake Blue Dart tracking ID that couldn’t be verified. Delivery kept delaying for a month.

I purchsed a Hindware geyser frm Flipkart on 05.02.2025. It stopper wrking in July. I raised a srvc rqst (HG019050) & a technician ws assigned, bt despite rpted calls, no one hs visited yet. Pls ensure the geyser is repaired at d earliest. @Hindware_India @Hindware366320
