Clavicular was filmed injecting his then 17-year-old girlfriend Alorah Ziva in the face while calling himself “Dr. Clav.” Months later, she filed a civil lawsuit containing allegations far more serious than the viral clip itself. Here is the full story.

According to the complaint, Clavicular contacted Alorah online in May 2025 when she was 16, paid her $1,000 for four videos and said he wanted her to become the “female face of looksmaxxing.”

She alleges their first in-person meeting took place at his parents’ Cape Cod home, where he gave her vodka until she could not consent, had sex with her that night, then again the following morning while she was asleep. Clavicular denies the allegations.

In November 2025, Alorah says she met him again at a networking event and traveled with friends to his Delray Beach residence. She alleges he tried to kiss her, she rejected him, and he later injected both of her cheeks during a Kick stream.

The footage confirms the injection happened. Clavicular jokes, “I can already see the clip: Clav injects meth in it,” then says, “Chat, we're looksmaxxing her” and accepts the nickname “Dr. Clav.”

But the video does not reveal what was inside the syringe or whether Alorah consented. Her lawsuit identifies the substance as Aqualyx and alleges she believed it may have contained methamphetamine or another undisclosed substance. That remains unproven.

FDA lists Aqualyx among unapproved fat-dissolving injections and warns of possible scars, infections and skin deformities. The complaint alleges Clavicular had no medical license, the procedure damaged Alorah’s cheek and the stream used her likeness without permission.

Alorah also alleges that in early 2026 Clavicular began discrediting her after she secured a $15,000-per-month sponsorship, causing her to lose the deal.

On April 28, 2026, she filed civil claims in Miami-Dade for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud and unauthorized use of her name and likeness. In July, her lawyers sought information about Clavicular’s medical training and his Kick contract.

No court ruling has established the allegations as fact. Clavicular’s lawyer says he denies every claim and intends to defend the case.
