This is a serious breach of personal intrusion & without any human support contact. System can't decide Community Standards. At least get your staff to pick up the phone & speak if your tools are incompetent to identify between genuine long-term users of Facebook & fake @finkd

@deemsocial I’m unable to get it touch with any of your customer service team. Your phone lines are not at all user friendly. Your WhatsApp chat doesn’t allow to contact anyone and get assistance. & then you send msg saying late payment fees even though payment being made twice.
