@OluwatobiAjayiJ One will often find 3 pointers in a corrupt system. 1. Lack of transparency in finance info (budgets, procurement etc) 2. Weak systems, institutions & processes meant to tackle corruption and 3. Impunity & a lack of will to punish offenders. Can a new constitution help us reset?
