@SingaporeAir early hours of 13/2.That was a day of my life I can never get back!Your staff clearly require proper training on Channel Islands visas/residency & UK Common Travel Area (CTA).The lack of understanding was unacceptable and resulted in unnecessary stress and a missed flight. 1/2

@SingaporeAir I have filled out an email complaint but have not heard yet.
By the way, London immigration have let us in, not even a minute of waiting and checking! And your staff made us miss our flights. We were traveling for more than 2 days!!!!
