We're nearing completion on this project for @WatesGroup consisting of 3 blocks of social housing.

We have used @SopremaUK waterproofing throughout and finished with green roofs from @Optigrun and Urbex paving from @MarshallsGroup

We have handed over the next phase of 17 houses at our Erith Hills project for @AndersonGroupUK. This is a @SopremaUK Sopralene SBS roofing system on 250mm rigid PIR to achieve 0.08 w/m2k. We have also installed 4 solar panels per roof.

The Blue Roof was added to the project very late during construction due to issues with down stream attenuation. This caused some challenging design issues that we helped overcome. #blueroof #landscaping #greenroof

Our team have been working hard this week installing a Blue roof system to a 400m2 podium we recently weathered in Kensington. Blue roof technology has the ability to attenuate heavy rainfall, storing water and delaying the discharging rate.

Project Update!

Spelthorne Leisure Centre is progressing well. Waterproofing is nearly complete and we're now installing 340mm thick XPS insulation throughout.

The high u-value is due to this being a Pasivhaus design.

Our Latest Project !

We have just started work on Spelthorne Leisure Centre in Staines-Upon-Thames. It will be the UK's largest wet & dry leisure centre to achieve Passivhaus, the first in London. We will be installing IKO permatec hotmelt & armourplan waterproofing systems.

Ridgeway Views

Works have been progressing well and we are now on the final block of 3. Each block has 1000m2 of main roof and 40 balconies. We've used @axter_ltd Wilotek and Force Dalle. Balconies have been finished with Charnwood paviors from @MarshallsGroup

We've kicked off 2023 installing @Axter_Ltd Hot Melt & Built Up Felt waterproofing systems at Ridgeway Views.
This is a new development by @BarrattHomes in Mill Hill, North West London.
