@Parcel2Go Help! My parcel was collected on 2nd Feb from UK with a guaranteed delivery by 7th Feb. The parcel is sitting in a local FedEx facility since 4th. Spoken with FedEx who tell me they cannot help as I didn’t purchase from them! This was my daughters birthday present.
