@British_Airways continued form , he doesn’t need a receipt only pdf confirmation which he had. They turned my son away on his own and in tears! $12 meal voucher, no hotel, nothing and to sleep in a children’s play area. One way ticket over £1000. As a parent it’s heartbreaking.

Dear @British_Airways my 17 year old son was travelling alone last night and had his 1st flight delayed from Orlando, this then affected his connecting flight to London Heathrow. He actually made the gate only for BA staff to actually ask for a receipt of his passenger locator

Henderson’s dad had throat cancer and asked him not to see him while he was going through treatment. I’ve hugged a parent in the same way for similar reasons and this video is definitely the highlight of the season
