@TDBank_US You may want to get someone to talk to samsung because their customer service reps are saying that they did away with your partnership and are now partnered with affirm for samsung financing. Also there's many of use who are being directed to affirm instead of samsung financing

@SamsungUS Why should I contact them? They're the ones lying to me. I've also attempted to through affirm which I didn't want to & to place an order with a cc both of which had enough available balance, but both failed.

@SamsungUS And that proves your reps are lying. That number directs to TD bank customer service (which I've already called and said there's nothing wrong on their end) but your reps say that you no longer partner with TD bank and must go through affirm.

@SamsungUS So they can hang up on me? So they can lie to me? So their supervisor can transfer me to technical support when they said they need to transfer me to financing? Because all of that happened yesterday
