All of this after paying for the premium level of 'insurance' through what I thought was a reputable company. If you want peace of mind that your insurance will actually do what you pay them for, when the time comes, shop elsewhere.

If you are considering getting insurance, what ever you do, steer clear of @QBEaus . I was rear-ended in a motor vehicle accident in mid-August.
Have been in contact with the insurer repeatedly throughout this period about when the repairs can be done.

By the time I even hear from the repairer it will have been 5 months after the incident, which may I add was a completely 'not at fault' occurrence. I am forced to drive around in a car which, since the accident, has a host of issues.
