Truly appalling customer service by @AerLingus . Waited for 8 hours yesterday only to be told at 11pm that flight to #Dublin from #sfo was cancelled. Turn back up the airport today for the promised 3.30pm flight, only to be told that flight is now 8.30pm & a huge check in queue.
