Looking for someone to take over my lease in December (thru August 2022) at 96th/3rd; good sized one bedroom with southeast exposures and great light all day in a very quiet full service building with attached garage. Please message me or comment for details and spread the word!
@ashley_binta I agree it’s completely acceptable to introduce yourself as “Dr.” I extend the same courtesy to all members of my team- including introducing the residents by their last name, as well as the nursing and PA/NP staff as “Mr or Ms” unless they request otherwise. We’ve all earned it!
Singletons: watch out for serious scamming from @eHarmony. Sign up for a 6-month trial paid up front and they sneak in a one-year automatic renewal for $600 in the fine print. Won’t refund it when I asked in writing the day the charge went through. Not worth your ⏰ or 💵! 🤬
In addition to meeting new friends and colleagues at @NYCHealthSystem , I found a great @SOARD_JOURNAL commentary co-author in @dfriedmanmd . Comment on: Five years results after resleeve gastrectomy https://t.co/9GhoR2KYHX
What we present on social media is important, but I would deeply hope that “serious” (male) researchers have better things to do than troll young (female) graduates’ pages for pictures of someone holding a beverage or in a bathing suit. #getalife

We are witnessing, in anguish, multiple acts of unjustifiable brutality and violence borne of systemic racism. As members of the healthcare system, there has never been a more pressing need for us to unite. Read the full EAST statement https://t.co/GSZ34yNCQQ
Change must come and it starts with standardizing police misconduct policies across America.
We need:
-Independent police misconduct investigations
-One universal definition of excessive force
-Publicly available disciplinary records of officers who are accused of misconduct

Please consider supporting @splcenter and/or @ACLU which among other worthy organizations are fighting institutional racism and protecting disenfranchised Americans. I made donations today in honor of friends of color afraid to raise children in this country. #themarchcontinues
