@Melt_Dem I organized these for a long time - the best non financial content was (by far) founders talking and then LPs being able to meet them. The details you all can get into with trends and insights is very hard for LPs to grasp as they are far removed from your unique perspective.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if token demand has 10x'd in Q1 alone. And everyone sees it as models which were magic in January are throttled in weird ways to align to compute availability.
from my recent blog post: "Based on my own usage patterns, it's beginning to dawn on me how much inference compute we will need in the coming years. I don't think people have begun to fathom how much we will need."
@yoheinakajima The paperclip + hermes combo would have me move off of openclaw. Spent a few hours on mirofish - it’s more of a revelation on underlying model characteristics than anything/moltbook without the crypto scams
I have a bunch of friends building robotics so wanted to play around (what does a "dark" data center look like?). @claudeai and I built this in @nvidiaomniverse yesterday, rendered with a @runpod GPU
Occasionally we hear pitches for demand response for AI load, in which AI compute clusters reduce their workloads during "peak times" for the electric grid, reducing strain and requiring fewer new generators.
These programs are not new: typically they're tied to an electric bill credit. But to an AI cloud, it's...not worth the money. (1/4)🧵
Cursor broke some things. But that's ok. After getting annoyed at brokenness (embedded can be verrrry head banging), Claude refactored the whole thing with 100x throughput.
