@Daren_Mcclimans Don't be afraid to speak up if you have something to ask, or something to add to the conversation. Once you start it becomes a habit.
Get involved in a social club of some description. LGBTQIA+ groups are a good start.
Try not to leave assignments to the last minute like I did 😉

@DrummerFanatic1 I make rubber and leather costume stuff etc sometimes. That cowl was neoprene which degrades. It already seemed worn and would've been too trashed to use. Unfortunately the replacement was the basic design without the same wear and tear (which would have been very difficult).

@Daren_Mcclimans If you're watching Doctor Who, please watch Torchwood once you get to that point (spin off, same universe, a bit of crossover action). Torchwood was great and ahead of its time with RTD having a tonne of non hetero representation, in a sci fi spin off. Captain Jack ♥️
