@Monica55dzrh I remember it well. My Mother unplugged one end of the cord from the vacuum but left the other end in the wall socket. Five year old me picked up the cord and put it in my mouth! I STILL remember the shock I got this MANY years later! 😳

@jenteach13 I dislike it when the teacher I’m covering for leaves involved lesson plans. I’m there to be a warm body and make sure no one gets hurt. I resent having to follow a complicated plan while I’m doing you a favor.

@jenteach13 Yes! SPRINGBOARD! Terrible! We had to rewrite every lesson because they made absolutely no sense. Then we were scolded for not doing it right.

@ThomasSutclif13 @jenteach13 The demands on teachers has changed. Of those 32 kids, many have 504s, and IEPs along with ELL and Data reporting requirements. Required Team meetings and overall reporting requirements above and beyond everyday lesson planning and teaching add to the workload.
