Google can't be trusted any more y'all.

The search engine is allowing people who live in India and have neve been to Dallas to leave fake negative reviews for businesses here and claims they are legitimate reviews.

Beyond DISGUSTED with @GoogleMyBiz for deciding to leave a clearly fake review on our business profile that:

- Is from a person who claims to be a competitor.
- Is from a person in India, a nation we do not do business in.
- From a person who we provided evidence claimed on Reddit they did this on PURPOSE and sent numerous threats for more fake negative reviews to come.
- Filled with aggressive and disgusting language.
- Made by a person who left another fake review THEY DECIDED TO REMOVE.
- From a user who edited their review after we responded claiming they are not a client to make it sound even worse.

Not only that, they REFUSE to tell you why they decided this horrific and vile attack was allowed AND they REFUSE to allow you to provide any follow up attempts to get such clearly fake content taken down.

We can all also agree that this being done at approximately 3:24AM Central USA time means the person who was allowed to ultimately make this decision LIVES somewhere not in the USA and given Google's GBP operations are known to utilize India-based call centers is most likely a person WHO LIVES IN THE SAME COUNTRY AS THE PERSON MAKING THE FALSE CLAIMS AND PURPOSELY ATTACKING OUR BUSINESS.

UTTERLY and COMPLETELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR by Google.

In our escalation request we included multiple screenshots from the user showing they admitted to this review being fake and threating to send more fake reviews in a Zip file. Those are attached in the thread below (they only allow adding 1 file and never explain if a Zip file is acceptable).

How is this acceptable @dannysullivan @searchliaison @JohnMu @Google_Comms?

How can you allow someone quite literally on the other side of the world to attack our business?

What does this mean for other fake reviews being left on Google Maps?

Is this the type of "Helpful" content we can expect from Google?

From what I understand my only options left are to:
-> File a lawsuit against Google
-> Give in to the scammers demands in hopes they delete the review
