Getting a beer during the England-Ghana hydration break and seeing a Revs advertisement while in line that featured a @NERebellion flag prominently was cool as fuck and a reminder that American soccer is cool as fuck
It’s been really cool seeing the #NERevs ads throughout the World Cup and the marketing team meeting the moment. My biggest hope is Americans who have discovered and embraced the supporter culture and the sport this month choose to support their local team going forward.
Huge day in New England!
Happy Juneteenth, The Scots sing farewell in Foxborough, the Sun is shining, and we hope to see you all cheering on the mighty USA at Boland’s in Worcester! Giving away team signed jerseys and tickets and it’s gonna be insane! LFG! #NERevs#USMNT
The World Cup begins tomorrow, and many will watch the matches. Soccer reminds us of something we must not forget: life is not a race to show off on our own, but a path we learn to walk together. Anyone who does not know how to pass the ball, even if they have talent, has not yet understood the game. Anyone who does not know how to live with and for others has not yet understood life. #ApostolicJourney
@TheNotoriousHRT Yankee meant specifically New England for hundreds of years, you can see it in references from the Revolutionary War all the way up through the turn of the 20th century. The baseball team did irreparable damage to that
@Marbies3762 I go with a “Come on You Revs!” or more simply, “You Revs!” with a strong fist pump, never had too much of a reaction back, haha. Maybe I should go with, “who the hell are you?”
Bob Dylan: Please, I'm 85 years old. I've been doing this for three generations. Let me stop, let me rest.
Mother of Muses: You will devise a ragtime arrangement for Masters of War. You will perform it on 60 nights in midsize venues across America. Do this or THE WORLD WILL BURN!
