How can you get away with giving the lowest priority to residential deliveries that require a signature? Every time that you do this (3 of the last 5 parcels), I waste a whole day at home. Is it laziness, incompetence, or no management?

@FedExCanada I have a parcel of my medications sitting on your truck since 8:28 am yesterday. You still haven’t updated tracking. Since signature is required, you are effectively holding me hostage. I’d like to walk my dog and go for groceries, but updated tracking isn’t there!
@FedExCanada Tracking indicates that my parcel has been on the truck, out for delivery for 33 hours. ETA is 8pm LAST NIGHT!!! Update your tracking. You’re starting to act like Purolator!
@BMO for a company that educates customers on avoiding fraud, you send some pretty stupid emails. One piece of advice is to be wary of emails that convey a sense of urgency. Then you send me an email for Visa saying “Hurry! Your pre-approved offer expires on February 28, 2026.”
@PurolatorInc how do I put in a complaint about the Eastern Tracking department closing an investigation of a missing parcel after they entered false information on the tracking?

@FirehouseSubs I was going to try your new store in Saint John. I went to the website to look at the menu. Took 5 min. to find it, because you hide it under Our food section at the bottom. Put it under the 3 bars. You failed to get me as a new customer. Poor site, how’s the food?
