@EvereadyIndia I called to raise a repair request for my damaged gas hob. Your CC team asked the issue & took all my details, only to tell me you'll don't have any service center for gas hobs. Why waste my time & invade my privacy by taking down all my details then? Unacceptable!

Placed Ord#402-0115386-9793940 for a Garment Steamer @amazonIN . No return policy, but also no mention of a 16A plug req. A Cust should have all info when shopping online or a Cust Serv team that supports when info is missing. @amazon leadership KavyaSamson totally failed at this

@Airbnb @airbnb(3/3) Also, your site mentions cancel by Jun22 3pm for full refund. Conf#HM58B8HXZF was cancld by Jun22 3pm EST. These mother's w small kids, want to be safe & are left with 0 options after cancld flights. We would appreciate if you could provide full refund!

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp (2/3) The airlines cancelled their flights from NYC & SG, and with the UAE airspace closed, they had no choice but to cancel conf#HM58B8HXZF. They still got only a partial refund! Why was this not considered a situation well in reason to provide full refund?

My wife & her friends booked a stay in Dubai to celebrate their 40th. Although sweltering hot, it was the most convenient for them flying in from NYC, SG, IN.

@BorzoIndia some fraud going on. I made a booking, but the payment did not go through so I created another order. Both orders are active, still a 3rd person comes to pick up the order who I'm not able track! Neither am I able to cancel duplicate order no. 88312 without a charge.

Pathetic service by borzo delivery agent. My lunch was delivered 4 hours after pickup, at 4pm! Order#64269. There is no way to contact customer service as well, since the chat option is disabled in the app. Have the courtesy to call and issue me a refund!

Please check @firstcryindia @jagograhakjago. Return pick up of Order ID 5053666SWXE608B81 and 5053666OZN152E313 is not picked up even after 30 days and refund is not provided! Very unfair to the consumer and causing a lot of trouble!

@firstcryindia Initiated return request for 2 of my items on Sep 25 and 20 days later the pick up is still not done. Your customer service team has been of no help despite multiple emails and calls! Please check on Order ID 5053666SWXE608B81 and 5053666OZN152E313 and help asap
