For those interested in the British Empire, this book is a fascinating must-read on why Britain was the Seafaring Empire and the way in which British grand strategy developed around being able to defend that empire from larger and theoretically stronger continental rivals

The only war in which Britain departed from its post-Medieval strategy was WW1, which was the disaster that destroyed the country and empire

In any case, a fascinating book that is well worth reading

Natives need to bear firmly in mind that if the demographics of this nation wildly vary from the traditional white majority, it won't be some great development for us.

It will be the opposite. We share a history with the whites, good and bad, but it's behind us now. The whites like and admire us, and as little as some of us want to admit it, they have helped us enormously.

The newcomers don't give a damn about us. We have no history with Pakistanis or Afghans or whoever. They are coming to conquer, that's it.

If we don't stand with the whites, we will fall together. It's that simple.

So much of the financial pressure we're under is just about trying to earn enough money so that we can afford to live in a neighborhood that blacks can't afford so we don't have to worry about our kids getting stabbed or shot.

If we brought back segregation, white people could just live in a low cost neighborhoods together. Life would be so much less stressful.
