@elonmusk is a project risk mitigation engine. Bottlenecks are risks, so are poor policies. A government that’s mismanaged is a tremendous risk in the near term at least to all the objectives Elon has stated he’s pursuing.
I am sure Elon had no intention of getting involved in politics until it became a risk
@CateSask@grok can you summarize the total percentage tax burden the average Canadian worker pays in percentage terms. Include income tax, payroll tax, sales tax, property tax, fuel tax and anything else I may have missed.
@iruletheworldmo We have trained these models on the entire corpus of human knowledge, written from our own perspectives. I don’t think we should be surprised they are learning to behave as we do using strategies that have unfortunately served us well.
@wholemars@Tesla_AI Looks like it did exactly the right thing to me. Was probably simultaneously tracking all other objects nearby and would have adjusted if rear end was likely.
Cherry pick stats much? Geez Louise.
“On a per capita basis, the poverty rate in Canada is nearly as high as it is in the United States. With 45 million Americans out of a total population of 320 million living in poverty, that works out to roughly one in seven. In Canada, with 5 million people in poverty out of a total population of 37 million, that works out to be just marginally (one-third of a percentage point) lower than the U.S. rate. Certainly nothing to boast about. “

@MarkJCarney Thank you Mark. Canada faces a lot of poor choices right now, and without solid revenue we won’t be able to solve them. Norway had the right idea. World leading EV adoption and responsible development of natural resources. Well done.
Gemini 3.0 just refactored my entire codebase in one call.
25 tool invocations. 3,000+ new lines. 12 brand new files.
It modularized everything. Broke up monoliths. Cleaned up spaghetti.
None of it worked.
But boy was it beautiful.
