BREAKING: The Supreme Court has ordered the government to return the P60 billion remitted funds back to PhilHealth through the 2026 national budget, spokesperson Camille Ting announced on Friday.

This came after the high court rules that a provision in the 2024 General Appropriations Act, along with a corresponding Department of Finance order mandating the remittance, constituted "grave abuse of discretion."
