You know what actually lowers food prices?!
Lower energy costs.
Lower diesel costs.
All goods are trucked to stores.
If they were serious, they’d focus on this. Not some other bullshit government policy.
So we were lied to when Trump and Hegseth repeatedly told us Iran’s military capabilities had been completely destroyed?
No way, they would never lie to us right 😂
🇮🇷🇸🇦🇶🇦🇦🇪 The Gulf states just demanded the U.S. stand down because they're scared of Iranian retaliation on their own oil infrastructure
Per Axios, Trump spoke with the leaders of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE in the 24 hours before he called off the attack on Iran.
The unified Gulf message per a U.S. official:
"Give negotiations a chance because if you hit Iran, we will all pay the price for it."
A second source: Trump told hawkish allies the three leaders made clear "they don't want their oil and energy facilities blown up" in potential Iranian retaliation.
Iran's military capability remains intact enough that Riyadh, Doha, and Abu Dhabi will not risk a second round.
🇺🇸🇮🇷 An attack on Iran was scheduled for tomorrow. Trump just cancelled it.
Not because of diplomacy, but because the Emir of Qatar, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, and the President of the UAE called him personally and said: don't.
The fact he mentioned the Gulf shows they are trying to improve relations with Iran, in my view.
Trump posted it himself. Every time Trump needs a delay he says someone is asking him to stop...
BREAKING: President Trump says he has called off a US "Military attack" on Iran which was scheduled for tomorrow after leaders of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE called him and asked him to "hold off."
Trump has instructed the US Military to "be prepared to go forward with a full, large scale assault of Iran."
Says who!
Cubs would not be stupid enough to attack any U.S. military installation. I’m embarrassed that I even responded to your obvious engagement farming but had to comment on how ridiculous this sounds.
BREAKING: Cuba has acquired more than 300 military drones and has begun discussing plans to attack the US base at Guantanamo Bay, US military vessels, and possibly Key West, Florida, per Axios.
Details include:
1. The threat is being described as potential "pretext for US military action"
2. CIA Director John Ratcliffe traveled to Cuba on Thursday and warned officials against engaging in hostilities
3. More US sanctions against Cuba could be announced this week
4. US intelligence says Cuba has been acquiring attack drones of "varying capabilities" from Russia and Iran since 2023
Key West is just 90 miles north of Cuba.

A steel manufacturer in Nanaimo will be receiving $900,000 from the B.C. government, which the province says will allow it to triple its fabrication and hire more workers.

PM Carney states:
"To build those ports, bridges, the mines, data centres... we need welders, crane operators, electricians, [and] builders like you."
"By 2033... we will need more than 1.4 million additional trade workers to build more homes..."
Minister Champagne claims the "dream of Canada is alive and well" for Canadian youth.
"Young people increasingly see themselves in building Canada strong, and we will be there with them," he said.
This follows more than 64,000 job losses for youth in the early months of 2026.
Let me get this straight…
Iran reportedly told the United States it is in a "STATE OF COLLAPSE."
Then they asked the US to OPEN the Strait of Hormuz for them.
Then they admitted they don't even know who is in charge of the country right now.
Then they asked Washington to wait while they figure that out.
Now President Trump is publicly saying he believes they will figure it out — and that hopefully this will all be "wrapped up soon."
The regime that built its identity on threatening Hormuz is now asking America's president to manage Hormuz while they look for new leadership.
Just like a guest handing the host the keys to their own house…
Iranian deterrence has reached an all time low, and they're not even hiding it anymore…
if you're not following me you're finding out about this 48 hours late from someone who read my post..
