Whoa…hard to believe. Over 15 years ago I was promised full funding for my doctoral degree there and at the last minute they gave all the money to foreign students. I was left with either quitting or taking a loan. I never completed the program. I did get my MA there though and the education I received was top tier. I now run my own company in my field of study.
