XC season wrapped up with the boys representing their school, club, county, and region. Yesterday, they finished strong at the UK Inter Counties comp for East Wales. 🏃‍♂️Tom has also been selected as a reserve for the upcoming XC Welsh Team! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #EastWales #XCSeason

He did it again, got through the heats, and another pb in the final to get a bronze in the U17s 800m Welsh Championships.

3rd for Tom today at The Welsh 1500m Championships. On Thursday, these 3 did amazingly at the Glamorgan Valley XC Champs. Tom finished 7th, Eli 9th, Gwennan 27th. Eli and Tom now progress to the Welsh Schools National Cross Country Championships. @ClubHarriers

At the East Wales Indoor Championship, Eli's first outing in the U15s age category and came away with a Silver in the 60m, Bronze in the 1500m & Long Jump. 
Tom in the U17s got a Silver in the 800m and a 4th place in the 1500m.

Success for Gwennan in the Welsh Championships over the weekend. 1st in her Trampolining category and 2nd in DMT. Her dedication to the sport, doing 12 hours a week training, is impressive.

Busy weekend for the others, too. Tom represented Glamorgan Valleys at the WSAA Championships yesterday. Today, winning the Porthcawl future challengers race. Eli 9th and Isla also running strongly. Thanks, Granny, for helping us out this weekend.

Eventful weekend of athletics & the @CardiffBay10K future challengers 1 mile race with Tom coming 1st and Eli 1st in the U13s age group. Not too far behind them Isla battled it out with her friend to the finish line. All doing amazingly.

Busy week for Tom this week winning the 800m Glamorgan Valleys Region Schools trials mid week & today got Silver at the East Wales Championships in the U17s 800m and selected to represent EW in Wrexham.

Eli got a silver in the U13s 800m at the East Wales Championships.
