Hey @FlyTPA , you upgraded the parking deck machines but didn’t test reservations and now they don’t work and we need to talk to a rep every time we enter and exit. Also, just skip the machines and move to tag readers like every other major airport has done!

@thephilsanford @CLTAirport Why is it worse - more travelers and the new screening machines. The ones at the new checkpoint point are half as slow as the old ones. They claim they are more accurate but if they take twice as long to get through, you get exactly what you see. Precheck at C uses the old ones

@CLTAirport The automated scanners are more accurate, but definitely not faster. The back ups at other airports is constant. Gonna miss our simple process at CLT
