@Lindsay93075885 I learned so much that first half-year of the pandemic. I learned the Orton-Gillingham approach to phonics and feel like my command on the English language has vastly improved.

@jksuter @lgillespie29 The only reason that we can even begin to justify that the model did not work is that "we" as educators were literally writing the rules on the fly. With time and support, I'm sure online learning and teaching would be far superior in its goals.

@jksuter I couldn't agree more! It's a point I've made in several courses. It's difficult to create a successful model of a flipped classroom when an intensely rigid structure is in place that pulls in the opposite direction.
