@British_Airways you can’t require me to change a booking 24hrs+ and not answer your phones. Online system won’t allow a change. Call centre has hung up 3 times on the U.K. gold number. 10% of people are flying - how do I get customer service?
Several ideas to improve the customer experience 1) all agents empowered to handle new bookings, changes, avois and any combo. Crazy to wait 30+ minutes to find that you need someone else. One customer point of contact and relationship. 1/2
