- Recurrent national grid collapses and power instability

@MTNNG has shut down network in parts of Abuja. Areas affected are Ushafa, Peyi, Jigo, Pambara, War college and the DSS training institute in the Bwari Area Council. Subscribers are currently stranded. This is almost 24 hours since the shutdown .

2. Refund my money without further delays

I think it won’t be wrong to conclude that @flyairpeace lacks the capacity to operate an airline. This is quite sad. @fccpcnigeria

Eventually, I requested for a refund of my hotel accommodation, taxis and others, but till date, no refund was effected. @flyairpeace @fccpcnigeria

On the rescheduled date, airpeace claimed the airplane could not land over poor visibility and returned to Abuja. I was stranded at the Gombe isolated airport as it was already late to return to my hotel. It was 11pm. I had to hire a taxi. @flyairpeace @fccpcnigeria

This is similar to what the @flyairpeace did to me in 2023 in Gombe State. I had travelled to Biu, Borno State and I was to fly via the airline to Abuja. My flight was to take off from Gombe airport. Airpeace shifted the flight for extra 3 days. @fccpcnigeria

@flyAirpeace had earlier claimed it did not see my mail, but immediately after engaging them on phone, they replied same mail they claimed they didn’t see. Since then, it has been back and forth. Till date, my money has not been refunded. @fccpcnigeria

I was provided an email address to request for a refund when I called the customer care. Unfortunately, for 12 days now, my money has not been refunded. Each time I call, it’s same story. @flyairpeace @fccpcnigeria

@flyairpeace did not call me to apologize apart from the text message. They did not also care about the damage the cancellation caused me. I lost money and relationship. @fccpcnigeria

I can’t wrap my head around what that means. How a maintenance can be unscheduled is beyond me. Sounds like a defensive language. This language is almost becoming a cliche. @flyairpeace @fccpcnigeria
