@AirbnbHelp cannot find my case worker. It’s now been 4 days since I emailed through my request for compensation and still no response or confirmation of the email. I even messaged through the application and their support team don’t seem to know either #badcustomerservice#shock

Booked through @Airbnb and was checked into a completely different property (see pics). When we complained the owner cancelled the booking and left 9 of us homeless! We lost 1 day and had to pay more for the 2nd villa. @AirbnbHelp thinks a $200 voucher is enough... #badservice
