@pookie30037@tom_karnes@doctor2pi Youβre not wrong! Looking at threads like this or other blogs/forums online can be very helpful! There so many new ideas you can find everyday! #CSUBTED
@gonzalez_n10753@tom_karnes@doctor2pi Trial and error is definitely a good way to find out if it works. It might take a couple attempts especially with how many different resources are out there!! #CSUBTED
@tom_karnes A4) All these resources definitely overwhelm me! I look at forums or websites online that were created or done by other educators. To truly know if it works for you, I believe it takes trial and error and also understanding you students. #CSUBTED#CSUBEDTE4200@doctor2pi
@IGironH@Ststansberry@DrEddiesClass@doctor2pi Footsteps to Brilliance seems like such a great tool to use! I have never heard of it before. I love using tools that can be fun for the students to use. I love when they learn while having fun. #CSUBTED
@dreza47826@Ststansberry@DrEddiesClass Wow! I have never heard of that resource. Apparently it is very well known. I appreciate the multiple way you can learn from it! Thank you for sharing.
@Ststansberry@DrEddiesClass A3: I think closed captions are a good tool to use but also having a conversation after wether itβs through flipgrid or out loud. It ensure that they understand the content instead of just reading it off. #CSUBTED#CSUBEDTE4200@doctor2pi
@gabygarcia2024@doctor2pi Kahoot is such a fun resource! I have been using it since I was introduced to it myself as a student. Was also surprised to see it still being used in college courses! #CSUBTED
@RafSanchez25@doctor2pi Google classroom is so useful! I feel like itβs a different version of canva that teachers use! I see it used a ton, probably in every school I worked at! #CSUBTED
@doctor2pi A2) A resource I would recommend is GoNoodle to use for brain breaks. I used this a lot when I was an after school teacher. It can be a fun tool for you students when itβs time to take a breather if class is getting a bit overwhelming. #CSUBTED#CSUBEDTE4200@doctor2pi
@aangeles555@doctor2pi Parent square is my favorite!! My cousins teachers use that to stay in communication with his mom. Itβs also easy to reach out to the teacher too! Love it! #CSUBTED
@JennPaulsen2@doctor2pi@DrEddiesClass I have never heard of Synergy! That seemed like a good tool to use to stay updated. Is that for the parents to see their students progress? #CSUBTED
@coachjasbernal @DrEddiesClass Woah! Being a coach seems so cool!! If only I was good at one sport at least to coach it. Seems like a fun job to do! Nice to meet you!
@gabygarcia2024@DrEddiesClass@doctor2pi Hi Gabriela!! I am tempted to teach at High School too but so nervous about it! Good luck during the rest of the semester!
@DrEddiesClass@doctor2pi Hello! I am Dora! This is my first year at CSUB. I actually have already graduated with my B.A. in Liberal Studies from Fresno State β22. I took a year off and am back for the credential program! I am currently a substitute teacher and a part time babysitter! #CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@doctor2pi They can use tech in order to communicate w/ each other when it comes to the studentβs need. It takes support from both sides. One tool I have seen educators used is ParentSquare, where parents can reach out to the teacher and also get notified0
