In 2002, High School student Charles J. Bishop was inspired by the tragic events of 9/11 and decided that he wanted to recreate the heinous act. He flew an airplane into a skyscraper in Tampa, Florida.

At around 5PM on January 5, 2002, Bishop's flight instructor left him at the plane to perform basic preflight inspection.

Once he was left alone inside the plane, he started the engine and took off without permission.

He then purposefully crashed the plane into between the 28th and 29th floors of the 42-story Bank of America tower in Tampa.

However, the only casualty from the incident was Bishop.

Part of his suicide note said this: “I have prepared this statement in regards to the acts I am about to commit. First of all, Osama bin Laden is absolutely justified in the terror he has caused on 9-11. He has brought a mighty nation to its knees! God blesses him and the others who helped make September 11th happen.”

NEW: Home intruder gets "cut to pieces" by a Florida man with a seven-inch garden knife after the intruder shot the man's wife in the face during an apparent robbery.

‘Florida Man’ remains undefeated.

Intruder 62-year-old Lindsey Glenn is dead after a 69-year-old Florida man stabbed him to death after Glenn allegedly broke into the home and shot the man's wife.

Glenn entered the home by pretending to be in need of a notary (the wife) when he pulled out a gun and shot her in the face.

"Once armed with the knife, he went to work on Mr. Lindsey Glenn," Sheriff Paul Blackman said.

"Ultimately, the suspect, Lindsey Glenn, was cut to pieces and was very much deceased by the time deputies could get to him."

"I would like to commend the male victim for his bravery and quick action in defending his wife in their home. We will pray for his wife that she has a fast and full recovery."

Glenn had been sent to prison six times after being convicted of 12 different felonies.

The wife was rushed to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.

54-year-old Glenn Sullivan Sr. pleaded guilty to four counts of second-degree r*pe.

Sullivan impregnated a teenager by r*ping her multiple times and then terrorizing the girl and her family into silence.

The girl eventually came forward and Sullivan was charged.

He was sentenced to 50 years in prison and the removal of his testicles.

NEW: Nicolae Miu found guilty of first-degree reckless homicide of 17-year-old Isaac Schuman after a group of teens surrounded & assaulted him on the Apple River in Wisconsin.

Miu was also found guilty of other charges for injuring the other teens.

Miu now faces a whopping 60 years in prison.

The engineer said he was acting in self-defense as the teens surrounded him like a pack of "wolves."

The incident started after the teens falsely claimed Miu was a "pedoph*le" and that he was taking pictures of "little girls."
