केंद्र सरकारने आणलेलं महिला आरक्षण बिल हे अत्यंत दुर्दैवी बिल आहे. डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी संविधानामार्फत शूद्रांची म्हणजे आताच्या ओबीसींची गुलामीतून सुटका केली होती. छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांनी मानाची, अभिमानाची जागा आणि पदवी ओबीसींना दिली. त्याचप्रमाणे संविधानाने ओबीसींना मानाचे आणि प्रतिष्ठेचे स्थान निर्माण केले.

आम्ही या महिला आरक्षण बिलाचे स्वागत करतो परंतु, याच विधेयकामार्फत ओबीसी समाजाला हलाल करण्यात आले आहे. सत्ता ही पुन्हा ब्राह्मण्य आणि क्षत्रिय यांच्यात केंद्रित करणारा हा कायदा आहे.

आतातरी ओबीसींच्या नेत्यांनी जागे व्हावे आणि स्वतःच्या हक्कासाठी लढा द्यावा. आरएसएस आणि भाजपाने देशातील ओबीसींसोबत मोठा धोका केला आहे, हे आता ओबीसींनी ओळखलं पाहिजे.

धर्माचा रक्षक हा ओबीसीचं आहे. पण, त्याला आता ब्राह्मण्य आणि क्षत्रिय पुन्हा गुलाम करायला निघाले आहेत.

Modi’s #WomenReservationBill is Manusmṛiti in disguise.

1️⃣ excludes OBC women,
2️⃣ excludes women from SCs, STs, OBCs of Union Territories, and
3️⃣ deprives every women of political reservation till 2034

We are NOT against women’s reservation, but it SHOULD include reservation for women — SCs, STs, OBCs and Muslims.
The NEED is intersectionality.

We welcome the #WomenReservationBill because this is a knife in the heart of Manu.

But we have our concerns.

The socialisation of candidature and through it the socialisation of political power which began with the system of parliamentary democracy is being put to nought by this “incomplete” and not-well drafted Bill as it excludes the Political Inclusion of the OBCs women from Parliament, Legislative Assembly, and no statement on status of women from Legislative Assembly of Union Territories as far as reservations.
Their is no indication as whether this Bill will be applicable to J&K; do they not consider it as part of India?

Also, the Insertion of new Article 334 A in the Bill lists the reservation to be implemented after the Census, which will most likely happen post 2026, and delimitation in 2031 and the reservation only get implemented in and after the 2035 elections.

This “incomplete” Bill is an eye-wash.
It is a political gimmick by the BJP aimed only to sell itself to the women only to exclude them in real sense.

In reality, Manu lies in the DNA of the BJP-RSS.
