Plz @airindia review this channel for its misleading title. There are certainly more appropriate Marathi words instead कोसळणे of to describe a sudden decrease in an aircraft's altitude. The description below is accurate, but the title is misleading and appears to be clickbait.

Calling to reschedule flights isn't trustworthy. It's better to see prices on screen. Surprising that in this tech era, you can't set up online rescheduling, even during a merger. No need for apologies or sympathy. @airvistara

Called customer care from Germany to reschedule my flight from Mumbai to Frankfurt on 9th Nov 2024 to any date in the 3rd week of Jan 2025. After a 35-minute call, I was told there’s no information in the system and no resolution was provided. @airindia @airvistara

@airindia I have sent a detailed email with my request to Air Vistara. However, I am unsure how Air India will handle my request, given the merger and the fact that my original booking was made before 11th November 24. I assume that Air Vistara will keep Air India updated on my request.

During both calls, it was clear that the executives had limited information about rescheduling policies for @airvistara during the merger. They were unable to gather comprehensive information in one go, considering various possibilities. Calls were frequenty put on hold

Was told that someone tried to call me from India on my German number on 15th Sep at 3:30 PM IST to reschedule my flight. I received no such call, and no follow-up until now (7 PM IST). What’s going on? @airindia @airvistara #NoCommunication
