@Marc0sRomano How many years past 40 are you? And what’s the sample size of your research?
My father, grand father and uncles have been getting up 3-4 and all living or lived into 80s. Stop issuing such nonsensical declarative statements reg health.
I have been feeling this for weeks now that claude is increasingly castrated. I have already started moving my projects away and plan to move away completely by this month.
1. The OECD found that SMEs building AI internally outperform those buying it externally.
2. For small businesses, off-the-shelf tools fail because they lack specific context. In our marketplace ops, generic agents miss regional pricing nuances.
3. The edge isn't the model size. It's the integration depth. Build for your specific mess.
1. AI agents are helping us cut manual data entry by 40% in our UAE/KSA marketplace ops — but they also caused a 25% drop in conversion rates when they missed regional pricing nuances.
2. The cost of AI isn’t just tools — it’s the time spent training them to work within messy SME workflows.
3. We’re learning fast, and sharing what works (and what doesn’t) as we go.
We promised open weights for Qwen3.8. Now, time to meet them! 🎉
⚡ Qwen3.8-27B:
- A native multimodal dense model. With just 27B parameters, it outperforms Qwen3.7-Plus overall and shines in real-world coding & office workflows.
- 262K native context, easily extendable to 1M tokens via YaRN.
- Built for builders. Highly efficient, high-quality, and licensed under Apache 2.0.
🚀 The open weights for Qwen3.8-2.4T-A95B (Max-level) have also been released recently.
Whether you're shipping lightweight applications with Qwen3.8-27B locally or building agents with Qwen3.8-2.4T-A95B, they're yours now!
Download, deploy, and build something we haven't imagined yet. 👀👇

Thanks you Sir!
My Claude, ChatGPT, Qwen, Kimi and GLM were hallucinating for no apparent reason right until you fixed this!
Now know why. Please be more careful as the future of world rests on this.
In a review of our cybersecurity evaluations, we found three incidents in which a Claude model reached the internet from within or while interacting with a third-party evaluation environment, and then gained unauthorized access to the real systems of three different organizations.
Our post describes what happened, how it happened, and what we’re changing. We encourage other AI developers to perform similar reviews.
We conducted this review together with @Irregular, one of our evaluation partners, and thank them for the joint investigation and their collaboration on this post. This type of collaboration is increasingly critical to safe, rigorous evaluation of models, and we look forward to continuing to work together on security.

For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.

Something crazy happened today!
We built an internal tool called Founder Brain that me and Baldeep use together. It knows us deeply—reading emails we flag, attending our meetings, tracking every person we interact with and our conversations with them, researching topics, drafting social posts, prepping us for the day, and more. It even tells our wives whether we can make dinner based on our schedule.
This morning, it sent me a prep message for an offline meeting with a polished 30-second pitch. Here’s what amazed me:
•It noticed I fumbled through my pitch on yesterday’s call
•It cross-referenced that with my priorities and conversations with team and external contacts
•It read the meeting agenda (AI-focused, with potential customers attending)
•It determined a 30-second pitch would be useful—and nailed it
Two months ago, I was still teaching it the difference between a social media post and an internal memo. Watching it evolve feels like watching my 5-year-old master 3-digit addition.
We’re bringing this to market soon because every founder and CEO deserves this kind of second brain.
Interested? Comment “early access” and we’ll get in touch!

Give it to Claude as your platform level model cost-task efficiency-real user issue/workflow solved guidance.
Idea is that we have a model orchestration which is done by frontier models who call on cost fit model for task and an eval system which rewards how close the agents and underlying agents system is solving real life workflow for customers. Here models are incidental and replaceable
We suspected last week's cyberattack might have come from a frontier lab, given the sophistication of the agent. Turns out it did!
We've spent the past 24 hours working closely with the @OpenAI team (thanks!), and we strongly believe there was no malicious intent on their part. It's quite mind-blowing that all of this happened autonomously!
The investigation is ongoing, and we'll share more learnings from what might be the first incident of its kind!
