@MrRightke She is burning fire, hook at your own risk. I tried, I got burnt. Her demands are just unreasonable. She wanted me to sign a prepM arrangement on her prop but not on mine, with a deposit of 10M for loss of shape if she will expect.
She is living in denial 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
