@amazonIN I had ordered shoes against order number 407-3695954-7916343 and then returned them. Your courier guy picked those up on Saturday 19th July 2025 at around 3.30 pm but instead of your app showing successful pick up it showed pick up cancelled. I called customer care.

They rescheduled pick up saying that I don’t need to act and the courier guy would mention successful pickup. It’s cancelled again. Pl rerun my money. The order items have been returned . It’s now getting frustrating .
