@MtcChennai Sorry as it was dark and they rode at the rightmost end of the road I was not able to note down the fleet number. But the 570S was an old AC bus and the 95X is the new EV AC bus.

@MtcChennai Thank you. Just after this tweet, a 95X bus crossed the Okkiyampet stop without stopping. This has become a regular habit of some drivers who completely ignore certain stops. Kindly check this up. @MtcChennai

@IRCTCofficial The RailMadad ticket (2026030404258) was closed with a generic automated reply. It tells me to log in and release Aadhaar, but as I stated, that account is DISABLED/HACKED. I cannot log in. Please escalate this to a human technical supervisor. @IRCTCofficial

My Aadhaar is stuck on a COMPROMISED/DISABLED IRCTC ID. Support says 'not possible' to de-link, even though an unauthorized person changed my email to a Hotmail ID I don't own. I am being denied my right to use my own Aadhaar for my active ID. @IRCTCofficial

Yesterday, we boarded the 570S bus at the AGS Navalur Complex stop and asked the conductor for 4 tickets to Okkiyampet. He issued the tickets, but we later noticed that he had set the destination as ‘Thoraipakkam’ on his machine.

I’m bringing this to your notice because this has been happening quite often now. I’m not sure if its due to a lack of awareness/training for conductors or if it’s being done deliberately, assuming passengers wont notice. I request that appropriate action be taken on this matter.

But he should have set the destination as ‘Mootaikaran Saavadi’ in his machine. The fare he charged us was ₹21 per person, whereas the actual fare is ₹19. We verified this on the Chennai One app once we noticed the discrepancy.
