Jeg pratet også for Indias reformkurs. Skipsbygging er et område som byr på store og ubegrensede muligheter.

Tämänpäiväisen tapaamisemme tavoitteena on antaa uutta energiaa kahdenvälisiin suhteisiin. Keskustelimme yhteistyöstä tulevaisuuden aloilla, kuten 6G, tekoäly, koulutus ja ydinenergia. Havde et frugtbart møde med Mette Frederiksen i Oslo. Venskabet mellem Indien og Danmark har gjort bemærkelsesværdige fremskridt i de seneste år. Had a wonderful meeting with Prime Minister Kristrún Frostadóttir of Iceland. India deeply values the friendship with Iceland. We talked about ways to improve ties in areas such as clean energy, fisheries, sustainability, geothermal energy, carbon capture and storage and more. Iceland’s prowess in sectors relating to the Blue Economy is admirable. We are hopeful that the historic India-EFTA TEPA will give an impetus to trade and investment linkages as well.

Ég átti góðan fund með forsætisráðherra Íslands, Kristrúnu Frostadóttur. Indland metur mikils vináttu sína við Ísland. Við ræddum leiðir til að efla samstarf umræddra landa á hinum ýmsu sviðum eins og hreinni orku, sjávarútvegi, sjálfbærni, jarðhita, kolefnisföngun og geymslu, og fleiru.

Framúrskarandi árangur Íslands á sviðum sem tengjast bláa hagkerfinu er aðdáunarverður. Við bindum vonir við að hinn sögulegi viðskipta- og efnahagssamningur Indlands og EFTA (TEPA) muni einnig auka viðskipta- og fjárfestingatengsl landanna.
