Perhaps difficult to prove breach of duty given the novel territory Terra were operating in and the argument that crypto (even stablecoin) investors were knowingly taking on risk. Also pure economic loss.

@LFG_org Yes. Anchor was explicitly marketed as a savings protocol - 'Better Savings'. LFG's primary responsibility should be to make retail holders of UST whole as much as possible. Many retail holders have had their savings - and lives - devastated by this incident.
