One of my relative will be traveling on 04-August-2021 by @flyspicejet flight (SG 694) from Darbhanga to Bengaluru. Does he need to carry Covid-19 negative RT-PCR test report of himself to onboard the flight? Please repond.

Dear @IncomeTaxIndia,
I paid all taxes in advance for A.Y. 2018-19 and I also filed my ITR with all details on 29-July-2018. But, there had been incorrect demand raised on 12-Feb-2019 and I responded with a rectification request on 21-Feb-2019 with all challan numbers.
