He already had 10 pending cases against him.
Between 2009 and 2019, those 10 cases came down to just 3, and he wasn't convicted even in a single one.

In the same 10 years, his declared assets jumped from Rs.3 Crore to Rs.21 Crore.
Even his educational qualification somehow changed from Standard-8 to Standard-10.

This is how they get courage to act against the law. Even a local Corporator knows exactly how to game the system, drag cases out and walk away untouched. Now imagine how powerful bigger leaders would be in this country.

When you have spent years escaping consequences, one more case is just another file to add to the pile.
