@LGIndia Absolutely no communication with the customer, and concluding by talking to dealers! For this particular case, will definitely now have to go to the @jagograhakjago
And I strongly telling this not to go with such brands who are very poor in support and service.

They only decide from the beginning that customer query has to be closed and making sure that it is not in favour of the customer even though the fault is of LG & their dealers and support team! Save the ecosystem!

@poojaofficial5 This process of verification should be faceless or if has to be by Police only, there has to be a separate department for that, they should charge officially if taxpayer money is not enough for their salary, but there has to be defined accountability and punishment for them also.
