@flyspicejet This is regarding my refund for PNR O8T8FY. Your flight was delayed by more than 5 hours, and I did NOT board the SpiceJet flight. I cancelled my travel and booked an IndiGo flight instead.

I have proof of everything.

I have all the necessary proof showing that I did not travel on this SpiceJet flight.

Your ground staff had also confirmed that I would receive a refund due to the significant delay.

It has now been 5+ days, and I still haven't received my refund. I have also been unable to get proper assistance through your customer support.

@flyspicejet Despite this, SpiceJet is now claiming that I boarded the flight, which is completely false.

I have proof that I travelled on an IndiGo flight instead, along with booking/travel records and other supporting evidence.
