@HSBC_UAE There is not even an option in the app to block online payments, unlike other banks. This is a serious security lapse — please address urgently.
@HSBC_UAE Fraud & Serious security lapse on my card processed multiple online transactions on 12 Jan with no OTP, no CVV, no SMS alerts. As a premium client, I expect better fraud protection and control options in the app. Need urgent action. And reverse this transaction
@FABConnects Thanks 🙏 I have received the call from Call center and they told that money has been debited , new card will be issued and investigation will happen.

@WESAdvisor Thanks for your suggestion, I have tried this .You guys need to train each university how to do a verification code system last six months following WES & university made me feel I am a Berger.Check the profile, I have been awarded by President of India.
