Remembering that washing machine thread
The basic equipment you should have in your home.
1. Water dispenser. (cold and hot water readily available at ease)
2. A washing machine with a dryer (you will never spread clothes outside)
3. A Freezer or fridge
4. A microwave.
5. Fan or AC.
These are basic appliances needed. Anything I left out?
A client came for inspection yesterday and found poo in her visitor's toilet.🤦♂️
One of my workers used it and didn't flush.
She got angry immediately. Told me to replace the entire WC, wall tiles, everything in that toilet.
At my expense. She left in anger.
I gathered my workers,Nobody confessed. I sent all of them off site.
Now I'm paying for a full toilet replacement because someone couldn't flush.
I don't only post my wins. This is one of the losses.
Dealing with humans is the most difficult job on any site.
Same here. I’ve been hearing some of the amounts people around me especially in the diaspora are planning to commit, and my immediate reaction is: please, talk to me first. There are far more compelling opportunities I can show you in that same Nigeria.
I have over a million reservations about the Dangote IPO.
it is obviously overvalued at $46-$50 billion. At best it’s a 30-40.
Alhaji holds over 80%, after you’ve factored in the other holders, the public is left just 3.3% to play with. That’s a really satanic float.
Now, here’s my genuine question Ade, when you say “exit for early investors” are you referring to the private placement investors that has a mandatory 365 days lock up period that they can’t sell/exit their position for the next one year?
Or you’re referring to the fund managers who “may” decide to allocate a portion of their portfolio that they will likely hold for at least Q1 of 2027?
Of course, retailers, whales, etc will trade the post IPO like a meme coin –this is expected as every IPO does just as the $SPCX IPO was $135, high was $211. low was $108-$109. Now at $148
Not holding briefs for Alhaji, he is a shrewd capitalists, he certainly does not have my best interest at heart, but please tell me who the early investors that’ll be exiting?
PP investors (mega money) can’t sell.
Fund managers (if they join the IPO) won’t exit that early.
So who is using people as the exit liquidity…retailers or Alhaji himself?
“I have seen an orphan, a NELFUND beneficiary in Niger State. She said when her first feeding alert of N25,000 came, she cried, and out of the N25,000, she sent N10,000 to her mother for monthly feeding.”

@Daniel989562317@hiannaxd I no want make e dey see am but e go always find am. I don distance myself from the guy ever since he came to my dm saying this shit https://t.co/Y8c36jCU9Q
Warned him seriously then! He needs to fuxk off me and mines
I am chatting with my friend in the Diaspora, and what I am gathering is that people are thinking of investing in Dangote's IPO primarily for dividends rather than capital gains. I guess we all have different ways of looking at things.
If I have $100k idle, I will still invest in US stocks. I know that market better as there is less opacity and fewer surprises.
I have seen 300m Naira of family money evaporate in the Nigerian stock market due to prior IPOs, so please pardon my skepticism. Pre-IPO investors are funding this hype, and I don't buy it.
As a black person , a Nigerian ! I’m gonna say this in the softest way possible
Africa must work , we must fix Africa . It’s crazy and brazy in other continents man
We Africans are probably the only humans that exist with emotional intelligence and empathy.
You’re trading in public and still holding 87% of the company.
Like please na, they will chew this man and have him for breakfast if he ever got into a real competitive market.
I’d post a video of me twerking in a bikini if anyone can show 36 videos (we have 36 states so…) of Nigerians using policemen for content and not to spotlight extortion, intoxication, abuse of power or any of the things the IGP considers legal. Shoot.
